Does Upcycled deliver?

 

Unfortunately not at this time. Any purchases you make from Upcycled will need to be picked up at our location on Alfred Street, Kingston, Ontario. 

Are Prices Negotiable?

 

Yes.

 

Heather, an avid bargainer, loves finding a great deal for everyone. Reasonable offers are never refused. That being said, some items are in more demand than others and may be subject to bidding.

Am I able to view the item in person?

 

Certain items are available for viewing. Please contact Heather for more information and to set up a time that works for both schedules.

Can I place a hold on a item?

 

While Heather understands that making a purchase can be a big decision, she is unable to hold any items due to demand. 

What forms of payment are accepted?

 

Unfortunately we only accept cash payments at this time.

Are taxes included in the prices?

 

Yes! All taxes are included in our prices.

How do I pay?

 

All payments will be made in person when you come to pick up your purchase. At this time, only cash payments are accepted.

What about measurements?

 

Measurements are included in most of our larger item products and with all of our artwork sold. All measurements are in Length x Height x Width (LHW) format. If you'd like any additional measurements, Heather would be happy to send those to you.

Can I return any purchases?

 

No. All sales are final.

Are drop-in visits allowed?

 

At this time only customers who have pre-arranged visits with Heather are able to view the items for sale. Please contact Heather to set up an appointment.
